What is the ultimate role of the Apple Tablet? – from MacRumors
The much-rumored Apple Tablet computer seems to ben getting even closer… and I’m possibly one of the few people totally excited by it! That is, if it turns out to be what I hope it is…
I want something I can make notes on. It’s difficult to sit on the phone and type on my macbook, and I can’t type so well on my iPhone. My macbook is fantastic and portable, but I don’t want to cart that around with my graphics table just to give me a handwriting option.
I guess, what I’m hoping for, should a tablet ever be launched, is a digital notebook. Something smaller than my laptop, bigger than my iPhone.
Something that will unlock the potential of Circus Ponies Notebook software, which I adore. Something I can pull out of my handbag, and start scribbling notes.
Maybe I want something that just doesn’t exist, and may never exist. Either way, the Apple event rumored to be on Jan 26 2010 will have me on the edge of my seat…
